In Aurther Miller's, THE CRUCIBLE, performed at Wisconsin Lutheran College, the enraged Giles Cory makes a lunge at Thomas Putnam (Jon Baas), a wealthy landowner of Salem, Massachusetts. The play is set during the Salem Witch Trials in Salem, 1692.

In Neil Simon's, RUMORS, produced at Wisconsin Lutheran College, police officer, Ben Welch (Jon Baas) questions the beat-around-the-bush visitors he meets in the house of the Deputy Mayor of New York City. Unfortuantely, he is moments away from being dragged into the same predicament those he is questioning are in.
